1. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

2. Guidelines for Community, Courses, and Events 

By your registration for and engagement in online courses, events, and/or online communities, offered by Living Church Ministries, you agree with the following guidelines:

2.a. Focus on Sharing Your Own Experience, Not Giving Out Advice

We want to foster an environment where everyone feels safe for sharing their questions and experiences. Advice can come from a place where we assume we know what's best for others and their spiritual growth. We are here to release judgment of any kind. The most important thing is to provide a safe space without judgment to what others are sharing.

2.b. Be Respectful

Please be kind and constructive when you add a new post, ask a question, or comment on someone else's contribution. Posts or comments that are inappropriate, unhelpful or spam will be immediately removed.

2.c. Share What Is Meaningful to You

We encourage you to share ideas, links and resources that are meaningful to you, which you would like to keep and strengthen in mind. What comes from the heart will reach the heart. 

When you share, please add some commentary or give some context so that we can understand more about why you care about this particular topic or article and why you wanted to share it with us all.

2.d. Please Don't Promote

Feel free to share your insight and experiences here, but please do not promote other businesses or organizations. Please do not post monetary or fundraising requests. 

Our focus is on deepening in the mystical teachings of Jesus in a practical way. Promotion of any programs, teachers, or products that aren’t David’s or Living Church Ministries, or any selling disguised as content, will immediately be removed.

2.e. Be Relevant

Each course, event, and community space has a certain theme or focus to nurture meaningful dialogue. When entering a new event, course, or community space, please take a moment to read its introduction or pinned post. This will help keep all discussion relevant to its purpose.

We are here to provide support and ignite inspirations as we continue to expand and awaken to the truth. We hope this is a meeting place of the heart, where we find an honest connection with each other, ourselves, and the Love that created us. 

3. Living Church Ministries, Inc. Events, Programs, and Residential Stays — Media Release Form and Agreement

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I grant Living Church Ministries, Inc. permission to use my name, audio and visual recordings, visual images, and/or comments in media and publicity materials. In granting permission, I understand that the audio and visual recordings, images and comments may appear in a variety of forms including but not limited to, web, newsletter, CDs and DVDs, websites, brochures, books, YouTube videos, and podcasts.

I agree that the use of my audio and visual recordings and visual images recorded at the event, program and/or residential stay is the exclusive property of Living Church Ministries, Inc. and I waive all rights thereto.

4. Living Church Ministries, Inc. Events, Programs, and Residential Stays — Waiver and Release of Liability

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I acknowledge that any support offered by the teachers and volunteers at the event, program and/or residential stay, either emotional or psychological, is not to be taken as medical advice in any way and it is not a substitute for medical advice offered by my doctor. It is not recommended to come off any medications that I am currently taking while attending the event, program and/or residential stay.

In choosing to participate in activities and sessions at the event, program and/or residential stay I fully accept and assume all risks whether before, during, or upon completion of the event, program and/or residential stay. These risks include, without limitation: physical injury, sickness, disease, emotional and psychological distress, physical or emotional trauma, allergic reaction, death, injury due to physical and mental activities, contact with anyone inside or outside the event/program/stay, contact with animals or insects, construction materials, vehicles, tents or buildings and appliances, kitchen or electrical equipment; and/or injury due to contact with the natural environment including sticks and forests and uneven rocky terrain; and/or injury due to the effects of weather including wind, hail, lightning, extreme temperatures or other weather conditions. I hereby acknowledge that I understand that the sessions, projects, and activities, may be physically, psychologically and emotionally stressful, and I am participating in the event, program and/or residential stay voluntarily. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to refrain from participating in any event, program and/or residential stay activities, which may be stressful or harmful to my emotional health or well-being. Knowing these facts and in consideration of my admission to and participation in the event, program and/or residential stay, I release, waive, discharge, covenant not to use, and agree to hold harmless the following individuals and entities (hereinafter referred to as “Released Parties”) defined as Living Church Ministries, Inc., its officials, teachers, volunteers, support people, employees, and representatives, from any claims, demands and actions of any kind. I also agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any injury to persons, and/or damage to, or loss of personal property, which may hereafter accrue against such parties directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to, in any respect, to participation in the event, program and/or residential stay activities either on or off the property, including any excursions that may be organized as part of the event, program and/or residential stay's off-site locations. My waiver and release of all such claims, demands, and actions for which the released parties might otherwise be liable shall include, without limitation, any injury, damage, or loss to my person or property which may be (a) caused by any act, or failure to act, by the above-identified persons and entities, or (b) sustained before, during, or after my participation in the event, program, and/or residential stay and/or any other event, program and/or residential stay that I attend in the future organized by the Released Parties.

I acknowledge that I may be asked to leave the event, program and/or residential stay for any reason by the organizers without recourse.

I have had an opportunity to ask questions and obtain information regarding the event, program, and/or residential stay to my satisfaction. I am aware that this event, program and/or residential stay is based solely on the teachings of David Hoffmeister. I subjectively understand the risks of my participation in the event, and knowing and appreciating these risks, I voluntarily choose to participate assuming all risks due to my participation. I warrant to the Released Parties that I have no physical, emotional, or psychological condition which would keep me from participating in and enjoying the benefits of the event or which would cause me injuries or harm. I acknowledge and agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for providing any security while at the event.

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I CERTIFY THAT I HAVE READ THIS DOCUMENT, AND I FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENT. I AM AWARE THAT THIS IS A RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND A CONTRACT AND I AGREE TO IT OF MY OWN FREE WILL.
